Adam is a fully qualified Pastry chef, spending over
15 years in various establishments throughout Sydney
including The Menzies Hotel, Star City Casino and
St Honore Sourdough Bakery at North Sydney.
In 2005 Adam purchased the previously named shop,
Turramurra Village Cakes. After 12 months the name
was changed to Adams Cakes and Chocolates, and has
been providing locals with speciality birthday cakes
and catering for various events.
In the 4.5 years since Adam took over there have
been many improvements to the old building like new
floor in the front of the shop, seating both in and
outside the shop including a courtyard in the back.
